Any medication that is returned, including unopened boxed, must be destroyed by the pharmacist, so we are unable to offer a refund of any kind once your treatment has been dispatched.

Once we have been contacted, we will decide on the course of action that is to be taken on an individual basis. This will result in the product being either refunded or replaced as mentioned above.
